collecting: bakeries

as you know, i absolutely adore collecting things. usually they are things like teacups, aprons, vintage milk bottles, and my recent fascination, salt & pepper shakers. but as i strolled the streets of new york city last week {i am back and forth from maryland & new york every other week aren't i?!}, i started a new collection...

bakeries!

i don't know where my obsession with bakeries comes from...perhaps, my addiction to sweets? but as i walked from soho to the west village, i fell in love with a few bakeries along the way, and jotted them down in my i love notebook, to remember to visit another day...
